West Bay Club Hotel Grace Bay, Grace Bay

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was spacious and well-equipped in some aspects, but the price seemed high for what was provided. The service was exceptional, with a friendly and dedicated staff. The location was ideal for a peaceful stay, aside from a slight towel inconvenience on the beach. The dining options varied from great to disappointing depending on the meal.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were comfortable for a couples vacation, but the lack of bathroom space was a downside, and the absence of an ocean view was a bit disappointing. The washer and dryer in the room, though, were a lifesaver as I didn't need to pack much dirty laundry.

Staying at this hotel was a mix of great experiences and some minor setbacks. The rooms are stunning, especially the one-bedroom luxury suite we stayed in, fully equipped with a huge kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. However, we missed having housekeeping service because we forgot to remove the Do Not Disturb sign. The service was excellent overall, with professional staff offering various helpful amenities, although there was a slight issue with chairs and towels at one point. The location was ideal for us, away from the central tourist area yet offering a fantastic ocean view and access to exciting tours and activities. The dining experience was lovely, albeit the inconvenience of having breakfast served in less than ideal weather conditions. Overall, a great stay with a few room for improvement.
